Compliments for NTUC Income’s business associate - Earnest Interiors Pte Ltd
To Officer In charge,
I had engaged the painting service from NTUC Income for my new flat at CCK
Block 296C last week. And NTUC had sent Earnest Interiors to assist in the painting
of our executive flat.
Firstly, I would sincerely like to Thanks Mr Khoo & Team for the excellent
service rendered.
The pricing they offered to us is reasonable and cost effective. Unlike other
painting contractors which charge exaggerating high service, and charge additional
for any items painted or vanished. Mr Khoo quoted us a package price which is
inclusive of everything our house needed, and no additional charges were being
added for any additional items painted and vanish.
In addition, I would like to compliment Mr Khoo & Team they are really
friendly and very helpful; We are really happy and fortunate to be able to engage
them through NTUC Income. All the painters that do the work for us are
efficient and skillful. When we ask them to help us do some other task like carrying
heavy items, repairing house furniture Mr Khoo & team help us to complete
the task willingly and skillfully. We have heard no complain from them at all.
They had gone the extra miles to provide the service.
After the painting have completed for the whole house they have even offer
to come for the last round of touch up after our electrician and completed the
electrical works. During the last round touch up they were so patient to cutinize
every imperfection and cover up all flaws. The whole house was really well done.
We will definitely introduce our friends to NTUC Income & Earnest Interiors
again!!

Appreciation & Thank Note for your Staff
Dear Mr Chew Kia Wong (Manager of Group & Health),
I am Tan Seng Hoo - a Senior Social Work Assistant from HCA Hospice Care.
Our voluntary welfare organization receives many referrals from hospitals all
over Singapore. We take care of these terminally ill patients at home.
One of my JDs as a social worker is to assist the patient to file a claim
if they are insured under DPS or Eldershield with Income. I call practically
every week to check with some of your very wonderful staff who really goes the
extra miles (GEMS) to help us. This will at least help the families financially
if their claims are successfully processed through.
I normally will check whether their policies are in force and also any claims
have been filed by the families. Your group of staff like Rita
Daryani, Munirah Mohamed, Siti Sa’adah, Goh Lee Cheng and Mr Hakim from
the call centre (67881122) is really wonderful, patience, tactful, courteous and
most important listen to our calls. At the end of it, we get our problems solved.
I for one will never take things for granted.
Kindly convey my best wishes and compliments to the above mentioned staff
for their good work done and appreciated. Also kindly bring this matter to
the attention of your higher management at NTUC Income.

Compliment for Branch Services at Harbourfront
I would like to complement your staff Annie Goh Sang Sang from Harbourfront
for the excellent service she has rendered in processing my baggage delay claims.
She took accountabilty to follow up with my missing documents and made the effort
to call me when she received my docs. She even attempted to call a few times
in a day when I did not respond.
I will certainly be insured with NTUC again!

GOOD SERVICE
Hi, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to your three office
staff in Tampines branch, Officer Ms Jeanette, counter staff Ms Han and
Ms Cindy as well as Mr Azhar from Motor Claim dept (my apology if names
are spelt wrongly). On 14th Oct I was there to settle my car insurance renewal
after a hefty increase in premium because of a MINOR accident, shockingly
a high $19k injury claim by the other party. What impressed me most is their
patience to listen to my explanation, sincere response and professsionalism.My
previous four cars were insured with NTUC over a period of about twenty
years and this is my first claim. I have life insurance policies with your company
as well. Selling policy is important but more important is after sales service
especially when there are problems.That day had reinforce my faith to continue

for their assistance rendered to me when I have encountered many difficult problems

I have been with NTUC since early 70s. I would like to thank
Ms Linda from NTUC, for her patience, understanding and overall the manner she
conversed, apologized frantically for the mistake, although it is not her
mistake and resolved my loan matters speedily. She is a very pleasant person
and has excellent communication techniques. Her understanding and good communications
with customer should not go unnoticed. I would like to thank for her
excellent service.

To who it may concern,
I wish to acknowledge the customer service officer
who attended to my call and arrange for the travel insurance. My client informed me late on Friday night and sms the details to me. I contacted the travel @96462663 and the officer asked me to forward the sms with the particulars of my client.
She did everything and my client was notified immediately that the travel insurance has been activated. My clients and i are pleased with the responsiveness
and responsibility displayed by the officer Rashidah.
